HCM City expects its project on international credit evaluation to be highly effective, contributing to the prestige, reputation and expansion of financial resources for the development of the city.
HCM City will work closely with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in translating the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed by the two sides into projects, said a municipal official.
